![]() ![]() After reading different users’ experiences, it was found that AT&T is involved in throttling at night around 8 pm onwards. Despite the promise of unlimited data, the FTC said starting in 2011 AT&T began throttling data speeds after customers used as little as 2GB of. "As a result of our network management process, customers on a 3G/4G or 4G LTE smartphone with an unlimited data plan who have exceeded 3GB (3G/4G) or 5GB (4G LTE) of data in a billing period may experience reduced speeds when using data services at times and in areas that are experiencing network congestion. We like how Visible does away with stores. I would think a lot will just switch companies. Visible just announced two new data plans to choose from: the Visible plan which unlimited talk, text, and data plan for 30/month, and the Visible+ plan that gives you unlimited everything, along with 5G Ultra Wideband coverage and a guaranteed 50 GB of high-speed data every month. AT&T today announced new features that will be provided to its Unlimited Elite customers, which is its highest-tier and most expensive data plan at 85 per month. It will be "their discretion" as to when those times will be. Even though they say they aren't, they are going to throttle usage which is basically only giving you either 3GB or 5GB a month. It is an outrage that those of use who have been loyal ATT customers with an older plan are being forced to switch. ![]() So now ATT has decided to force users to switch plans if they have an Unlimited Data plan. ![]()
